A very sad incident took place on 15th june. First, I heard very disturbing news that Quaid-e-Azam Residency was attacked ruthlessly. Then this sad news followed that there has been a bomb blast in transport bus of Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University (SBK). Many female students of SBK were injured and 11 died in SBK blast. When the injured where took to Bolan Medical Complex (BMC) the place got under attack from terrorists. BMC got captured by terrorists and heavy fire was exchanged between terrorists and security forces. The area was completely sealed and public was asked to remain indoors. Terrorists took many hostages and some were killed by them too. The whole city was in state of panic and disbelief.
This operation continued for about 8 hours till the BMC got recovered from terrorists and they were captured or killed. So, far no clear statement has been made that who was behind this sad incident. It reminds us of June 18, 2012 when there was blast in BUITEMS bus. We lost many dear ones and now on June 15, 2013 same incident took place in SBK and BMC. The educational institutes are on target but it is a shame that innocent females were targeted in this attack. Deputy Commissioner Quetta Abdul Mansoor Kakar who was very brave and intelligent officer also died in this sad incident. Blast in SBK and firing in BMC has left us with sad memories.
May Allah (swt) bless the martyrs with eternal peace on Jannah and help their families to accept this reality that they have lost their dear ones. May Allah (swt) protect us all in this age of great deception and lies. May Allah (swt) protect us from all these Fitnas. Ameen
