Annual prize distribution ceremony of BUITEMS was held on January 22, 2012. This prize distribution ceremony was the biggest one ever held in the history of BUITEMS. Not only were merit scholarships awarded in this ceremony but also work and study program cheques and Fee concession cheques were also awarded to the students. There were three categories of prizes which were all distributed amongst the students. The best debater provincial level (urdu) was awarded to Luqman Khan who is an RJ and author of this blog. While the Best Debater National Level (Urdu) awarded to Bilal Iqbal who is also an RJ on BUITEMS Radio and has recently joined us.

The best debater National Level (English) was awarded to Sania Sabir Qureshi who is expected to join us soon as an author on BUITEMS Blog. She is a great person and has a great intellect and has been debating for a long time and has appeared on a talk show as a guest speaker. No doubt, she is pride of BUITEMS.
Luqman Khan
It was observed that the student awarded Work and Study Fee Waiver were absent at the ceremony mostly. May be they were not informed or even if they were the turn out was not good. So, next time the administration should take effective measures to make sure that they are present at the ceremony.
